Brody has grown into an exceptional dog in his less than three short years! The end of 2017 found He and owner Rob achieving the final leg of his JH title! He was then off to the Thanksgiving cluster dog shows where he went Best of Breed ! But Rob and Brody weren't done there... They went on to receive a group 1 ( first place in sporting group) competing with over 200 dogs ! And just as a warm up waiting to go in the ring he and his other owner Jill hopped in the obedience ring to complete his CDX (Companion dog excellent) title! The very next weekend Rob and Brody added to the list by earning their Open Fast, Open Standard AND Open Jumpers titles! Brody exemplifies what a versatile dog a Chessie can be ! Not to mention one of the sweetest boys you've ever met!
"Trixie "
Trixie is a wonderful young girl of fine conformation , temperament and pedigree. She has only recently began showing in earnest with a second place at the American Chesapeake Club's National Specialty in Raleigh North Carolina in the Owner Handler division.
Over a few shows in the last few months she has 10 of the 15 points need for her championship along with one major. we will hopefully be finishing up her Championship over the next month or so. She is AKC and UKC registered and will be competing for her JH and Started titles as the events become scheduled nearby. Trixie has been my hunting companion since she was about 9 months old. She shows wonderful birdiness and has excellent boat manners. Very excited for the pups these two will produce!
